Getting the advice and treatment you need has never been simpler.

Online consultations are available 5 days a week from 8am to 8pm.

How does it Work?

Just like a face-to-face appointment, during a virtual consultation you will receive expert, one-on-one care from our world-class consultants to help you return to optimum health as soon as possible.

Your specialist will listen to you carefully, taking into account your condition and previous medical history to help diagnose and recommend the best treatment going forward, all in the comfort of your own home.

To book your appointment, please call our dedicated appointments team on 0203 627 6236.

Yes, all major insurers are now covering remote consultations but, please do check this with your insurer when authorising your appointment.

For self-pay, will I be charged the same amount as a regular consultation?

Yes, as you will be receiving the same expert care, the fee for the appointment is the same.

If I’m referred for surgery when will that be?

Your surgeon will explore all treatment options, bearing in mind the current situation.
Currently, only clinically necessary surgery is permitted and patients referred for surgery must go through a national triage system based on clinical need. All non-urgent surgery cases are being held on a waiting list. We hope this wait won’t be long and we will remain in contact with you to update you on the status of your booking.

When will surgery start again?

We are aiming to provide our patients with their required surgeries as soon as possible, and when it is safe to do so. We will communicate this to our patients as soon as we can.

I had a surgery booked and then cancelled due to Covid-19, what happens now?

Our bookings team are managing your booking closely to ensure you are ready to be booked as soon as is possible. We are in regular contact with your consultant to also keep them updated.
