At Highgate Aesthetics we offer an award-winning LED phototherapy treatment that can be offered to all patients. Dermalux is one of the most versatile non-surgical treatments on the market and can be used to fight signs of ageing, sun damage and most skin concerns such as acne or rosacea. This treatment can work well on its own or can be used in conjunction with many of our other skin treatments such as chemical peels and micro-needling.
Dermalux uses three clinically proven wavelengths of light to target the different layers of our skin. For example blue LED light kills bacteria and helps those patients with acne-prone skin while the red LED light can be used to rejuvenate the skin-boosting our production of collagen and speed up our skins healing process. White infrared light can be used to combat signs of ageing as well as skin damage. Our Dermalux flex machine can combine all these lights at once so we can tailor the correct package to your individual skin concern. The treatment is around 30 minutes long and can be performed weekly for optimal results.
