How Coolsculpting works
The procedure delivers precise and controlled cooling to target the fat cells underneath the skin. Treated fat cells are crystallised (frozen) and as a result destroyed. Over time your body will process these dead cells via your lymphatic system resulting in a slimmer you.

What should I expect during the Procedure
Once positioned our practitioner applies pads that will vacuum your skin above the area of fatty tissue. The applicators will then begin to cool the fat cells, this will cause you to feel a slight pulling or suction sensation. After a few minutes, the cold temperatures will numb the area. During the treatment will you be encouraged to lie back and relax, at this point, you will be free to enjoy a hot beverage, watch TV or use your smartphone. Once completed our practitioner will perform a lymphatic massage on the treated area and advise you to drink plenty of water.
Treatment usually takes between 60 minutes
How much downtime should I expect
Due to the non-surgical nature of the procedure, there is no recovery time. However, some report soreness at the area treated for between two days to two weeks.
What results can I expect?
Results with CoolSculpting are long-term and proven. Results can be seen from as little as three to four weeks and keep improving over a 12 week period.
