The package price covers the treatment or condition for which you are originally admitted and related complications only.  Should you be found, at either pre-operative assessment, or on admission, to have a pre-existing condition which requires additional treatment and/or extra overnight stays in hospital, this will be discussed with you by a member of staff and/or your Consultant. Under these circumstances, a treatment package may not be the most appropriate option for you, and we will discuss other options with you.
  1. It is important that you tell us about any pre-existing conditions, as any package pricing offered to you is based on the information you have given us. Highgate Private Hospital reserves the right to terminate the Package Price Agreement immediately in the event of your failure to disclose any pre-existing condition known to you.
  1. Package pricing covers care provided at Highgate Private Hospital only and not at any other unit.
  1. No refund will be given if you remain in the hospital for less than the expected length of stay or if any elements of care are not used (e.g. Physiotherapy).
  1. Package price treatment ends on the hospital discharge date set by your Consultant.  At your own request, you may continue to stay in hospital after that date, in which case the hospital’s normal charges will apply (£490/night).  Day patients who stay overnight will also be charged an additional fee (£490/night).
     
  2. In the event that you have to be re-admitted in respect of a related complication, the original price will cover your hospital charges including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anesthetist fees.  These fees will be covered provided that you are re-admitted within 30 days of your original hospital discharge.
     
  3. Package pricing does not include any treatment or medicine that is not related to your condition.
     
  4. The hospital will expect the package price to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your admission to hospital and before any treatment is given. Failure to make payment at least 7 days prior to admission may result in the cancellation of your procedure. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, personal cheque, company cheque, bankers or building society cheque.  Cheques must be received at the hospital at least five banking days prior to admission.  Any personal charges must be paid on discharge.
     
  5. The hospital reserves the right to refuse Package Price treatment/procedures.
     
  6. The hospital has insurance cover in place for all aspects of your treatment. Any Surgeon, Anaesthetist or other Consultants involved in your care are not employed by the hospital, and have their own insurance cover.

Under these circumstances, a treatment package may not be the most appropriate option for you, and we will discuss other options with you.

In the event that you have to be re-admitted in respect of a related complication, the original price will cover your hospital charges including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anesthetist fees.  These fees will be covered provided that you are re-admitted within 30 days of your original hospital discharge.

  4. The hospital will expect the package price to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your admission to hospital and before any treatment is given. Important information prior to booking

TERMS AND CONDITIONS RELATING TO TREATMENTS WITH PACKAGE PRICING - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

  1. The package includes:
  • Pre-operative assessment appointment and standard tests
  • Accommodation and meals over the stipulated length of stay, and additional nights over the same episode of stay where requested by your Consultant for medical reasons
  • Theatre fees
  • Nursing care
  • Consultant fees for your procedure, in-patient care and two post-operative follow-up appointment with your Consultant
  • Consultant Anaesthetist fees
  • Services of the Resident Medical Officer
  • Standard prostheses/implants (except where stated) - Nagor breast implants are used as standard
  • Hospital charges for one out-patient visit following discharge for removal of stitches or wound dressing
  • Any other services specified in our quotation letter (unless specified, additional services are chargeable).
  1. The package excludes (unless stated in your written quotation):
  • Out-patient consultations either before or after your in-patient care (unless specified in the above list)
  • Outpatient diagnostic services
  • Costs associated with unrelated medical conditions
  • Non-standard prosthesis/implants
  • Additional treatment or overnight stays, beyond those indicated 
  • Post-discharge tests
  • Personal charges (telephone calls, visitors meals, etc)
  • Journeys by taxi or private ambulance.
  1. The package price covers the treatment or condition for which you are originally admitted and related complications only.  Should you be found, at either pre-operative assessment, or on admission, to have a pre-existing condition which requires additional treatment and/or extra overnight stays in hospital, this will be discussed with you by a member of staff and/or your Consultant. Under these circumstances, a treatment package may not be the most appropriate option for you, and we will discuss other options with you.
  1. It is important that you tell us about any pre-existing conditions, as any package pricing offered to you is based on the information you have given us. Highgate Private Hospital reserves the right to terminate the Package Price Agreement immediately in the event of your failure to disclose any pre-existing condition known to you.
  1. Package pricing covers care provided at Highgate Private Hospital only.
  1. No refund will be given if you remain in the hospital for less than the expected length of stay or if any elements of care are not used.
  1. Package price treatment ends on the hospital discharge date set by your Consultant.  At your own request, you may continue to stay in hospital after that date, in which case the hospital’s normal charges will apply (£490/night).  Day patients who stay overnight will also be charged an additional fee (£490/night).
     
  2. In the event that you have to be re-admitted in respect of a surgery related complication, the original price will cover your hospital charges including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anesthetist fees. These fees will be covered provided that you are re-admitted within 30 days of your original hospital discharge. Hospital charges (including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist fees) will also be covered within the original package, should readmission be required within 12 months of your discharge date. This applies where the readmission is due to a complication or medical reason (not cosmetic) that is related to the original procedure only and your Consultant will need to confirm that this is the case. Should diagnostics or any other tests be required to assess symptoms prior to diagnosis, all diagnostics/tests will be payable in full at the self-pay fees in place at the time - the hospital will reimburse these fees should it be confirmed by your Consultant Surgeon that complications/symptoms are indeed a result of/related to the original surgical procedure undertaken. In the unlikely event that you are re-admitted after 12 months of your original discharge date, following, hospital charges (including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist fees) will apply in full.
     
  3. Package pricing does not include any treatment or medicine that is not related to your condition.
     
  4. The hospital will expect the package price to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your admission to hospital and before any treatment is given. Failure to make payment at least 7 days prior to admission may result in the cancellation of your procedure. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, personal cheque, company cheque, bankers or building society cheque.  Cheques must be received at the hospital at least five banking days prior to admission.  Any personal charges must be paid on discharge.
     
  5. The hospital reserves the right to refuse package price treatment/procedures.
     
  6. The hospital has insurance cover in place for all aspects of your treatment. Any Surgeon, Anaesthetist or other Consultants/Specialists involved in your care are not employed by the hospital, and have their own insurance cover.

Breast Implant Replacement - bilateral/two

Estimated length of stay: Day Case

Included:

The package price covers the treatment or condition for which you are originally admitted and related complications only.  Should you be found, at either pre-operative assessment, or on admission, to have a pre-existing condition which requires additional treatment and/or extra overnight stays in hospital, this will be discussed with you by a member of staff and/or your Consultant. Under these circumstances, a treatment package may not be the most appropriate option for you, and we will discuss other options with you.
  1. It is important that you tell us about any pre-existing conditions, as any package pricing offered to you is based on the information you have given us. Highgate Private Hospital reserves the right to terminate the Package Price Agreement immediately in the event of your failure to disclose any pre-existing condition known to you.

In the event that you have to be re-admitted in respect of a surgery related complication, the original price will cover your hospital charges including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anesthetist fees. These fees will be covered provided that you are re-admitted within 30 days of your original hospital discharge. Hospital charges (including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist fees) will also be covered within the original package, should readmission be required within 12 months of your discharge date. This applies where the readmission is due to a complication or medical reason (not cosmetic) that is related to the original procedure only and your Consultant will need to confirm that this is the case. Should diagnostics or any other tests be required to assess symptoms prior to diagnosis, all diagnostics/tests will be payable in full at the self-pay fees in place at the time - the hospital will reimburse these fees should it be confirmed by your Consultant Surgeon that complications/symptoms are indeed a result of/related to the original surgical procedure undertaken.   1. The package price covers the treatment or condition for which you are originally admitted and related complications only.  Should you be found, at either pre-operative assessment, or on admission, to have a pre-existing condition which requires additional treatment and/or extra overnight stays in hospital, this will be discussed with you by a member of staff and/or your Consultant. Under these circumstances, a treatment package may not be the most appropriate option for you, and we will discuss other options with you.
  1. It is important that you tell us about any pre-existing conditions, as any package pricing offered to you is based on the information you have given us. Highgate Private Hospital reserves the right to terminate the Package Price Agreement immediately in the event of your failure to disclose any pre-existing condition known to you.
  1. Package pricing covers care provided at Highgate Private Hospital only.
  1. No refund will be given if you remain in the hospital for less than the expected length of stay or if any elements of care are not used.
  1. Package price treatment ends on the hospital discharge date set by your Consultant.  At your own request, you may continue to stay in hospital after that date, in which case the hospital’s normal charges will apply (£490/night).  Day patients who stay overnight will also be charged an additional fee (£490/night).
     
  2. In the event that you have to be re-admitted in respect of a surgery related complication, the original price will cover your hospital charges including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anesthetist fees. These fees will be covered provided that you are re-admitted within 30 days of your original hospital discharge. Hospital charges (including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist fees) will also be covered within the original package, should readmission be required within 12 months of your discharge date. This applies where the readmission is due to a complication or medical reason (not cosmetic) that is related to the original procedure only and your Consultant will need to confirm that this is the case. Should diagnostics or any other tests be required to assess symptoms prior to diagnosis, all diagnostics/tests will be payable in full at the self-pay fees in place at the time - the hospital will reimburse these fees should it be confirmed by your Consultant Surgeon that complications/symptoms are indeed a result of/related to the original surgical procedure undertaken. In the unlikely event that you are re-admitted after 12 months of your original discharge date, following, hospital charges (including Consultant Surgeon and Consultant Anaesthetist fees) will apply in full.
     
  3. Package pricing does not include any treatment or medicine that is not related to your condition.
     
  4. The hospital will expect the package price to be paid in full at least 7 days prior to your admission to hospital and before any treatment is given. Failure to make payment at least 7 days prior to admission may result in the cancellation of your procedure. Payment can be made by cash, credit card, personal cheque, company cheque, bankers or building society cheque.  Cheques must be received at the hospital at least five banking days prior to admission.  Any personal charges must be paid on discharge.
     
  5. The hospital reserves the right to refuse package price treatment/procedures.
     
  6. The hospital has insurance cover in place for all aspects of your treatment. Any Surgeon, Anaesthetist or other Consultants/Specialists involved in your care are not employed by the hospital, and have their own insurance cover.

Rhinoplasty - open surgery

Estimated length of stay: Up to 1 night

Included:
  • Pre-operative assessment appointment and standard tests
  • Accommodation and meals over the stipulated length of stay, and additional nights over the same episode of stay where requested by your Consultant for medical reasons
  • Theatre fees
  • Nursing care
  • Consultant fees for your procedure, in-patient care and two post-operative follow-up appointment with your Consultant
  • Consultant Anaesthetist fees
  • Services of the Resident Medical Officer
  • Standard prostheses/implants (except where stated) - Nagor breast implants are used as standard
  • Hospital charges for one out-patient visit following discharge for removal of stitches or wound dressing
  • Any other services specified in our quotation letter (unless specified, additional services are chargeable).
Not included:
  • Out-patient consultations either before or after your in-patient care (unless specified in the above list)
  • Outpatient diagnostic services
  • Costs associated with unrelated medical conditions
  • Non-standard prosthesis/implants
