Hearing loss assessment and management for adults and children (3 years +) Hearing aid Technology: Extensive knowledge on the latest advanced hearing systems and accessories. Paediatric hearing tests: Auditory Processing disorder, Glue ear monitoring-Tympanometry. Ear Protection: Filtered ear plugs for musicians and shooters, sleep ear-plugs and swim plugs. In Ear Monitors: Professional musicians, T.V presenters, Police/Security services.

Training & background:

Mrs Anchal Prasher has over 10 years’ experience within the field of Audiology. She studied at University College London gaining a BSc in Speech Sciences, MSc in Audiological Science and a post-graduate diploma in Clinical Competency in Audiology. She continues to attend courses to maintain professional development.

Anchal started her career within a number of NHS Audiology Departments around London and Hertfordshire and moved to The Portland Hospital before starting her own private Audiology and Hearing aid Services from a number of private Hospitals.

She is able to advise patients on all areas of Audiology such as Hearing loss, Hearing aids, Tinnitus, Hearing Protection, In Ear Monitors and Auditory Processing Disorder. Additionally, Anchal works with all the hearing aid manufacturers so is able to provide independent and unbiased recommendations.

Anchal is an assessor for United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS), ensuring IQIPS standards are being met for AQP status in Audiology.

As well as having a busy private practice, Mrs Prasher provides local NHS hearing aid service at The Red House Group Practice.
