Training and Background
Dr Ghazi graduated from St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical College, University of London in 1996. His post graduate training in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine was on the Imperial West London rotation. His completed a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, London, with experience in Neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation, pelvic pain and cancer pain. This was supplemented with additional post graduate experience in facial pain and cancer pain in the USA and Europe.
Dr was appointed Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Medicine to Whipps Cross University Hospital, Barts Health Trust, 2010, where he was Clinical Lead for Pain Services. Dr Ghazi was appointed to the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, 2014, where he is Clinical Lead for Pain Services.
Dr Ghazi has lectured nationally and internationally. He has published widely in both pain journals and text books.
