Orthopeadics is the branch of surgery concerned with disorders of the bones and joints and their associated muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves.
Whether you need major hip or knee surgery, removal of a bunion or a more simple investigation of a joint or musculosketetal problem, we can care for you from diagnosis through to treatment and rehabilitation. We offer regular outpatient clinics with Consultant Orthopeadic Surgeons, many of whom have experience with caring for and treating Premiership, National and Olympic sports teams. Our surgeons are supported by our onsite Diagnostic Service for imaging and chartered physiotherapists for any rehabilitative treatment. Your consultant also has access to other specialists within the hospital including our Physiotherapists, Consultant Rheumatologists and Podiatric Surgeons, to work with and refer to as appropriate.
