Training & Background
Having completed his consultant ENT surgical training in New Zealand, Mr Papesch came to the UK in 1986. He worked in several hospitals in SR level ENT positions prior to being appointed to Whipps Cross University Hospital in 2000. He also works at Newham General Hospital and is an Honorary Consultant to St Barts and the London Hospitals.
He manages all general ENT conditions including sinus problems, nasal problems, snoring, swallowing problems, throat problems, voice conditions, vertigo and dizzy conditions, ear problems & children's ENT conditions (including ear infections and tonsillitis). However, his subspecialty expertise is in the management of Head and Neck lumps and malignancies and thyroid and parotid lumps.
He has an interest also in viral infections affecting the head and neck, particular glandular fever, HIV and HPV infections. He also has interests in allergy management, allergy testing and allergy desensitisation.
