Training & Background
Elizabeth Kyriacos began her career in the NHS after graduating with a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at Kings College London in 2004. She joined West Essex Primary Care Trust, where she gained invaluable experience and accumulated a wealth of knowledge in a wide range of disciplines. Examples being Weight Management, Diabetology, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Paediatric care, Eating Disorders and Enteral Tube Feeding.
Elizabeth has recently started working with the FODMAP diet for treatment of IBS, which is producing excellent results in reducing symptoms and improving wellbeing.
In June 2010, Elizabeth specialised as a Bariatric Dietitian. Working with private hospitals she provides comprehensive dietary advice and support to patients during their weight-loss journey. With advanced skills in behaviour change counselling, Elizabeth works with every client individually, helping them develop healthier lifestyle skills and strategies to enable them to achieve their long-term goals.
