Our benefits

• Holidays: permanent clinical staff receive a minimum of 25 days and permanent non-clinical staff a minimum of 22 days plus bank holidays (pro rata for part-time staff), depending on grade and length of service.
• Flexible working: we offer a variety of working options including part-time roles, bank work and job share.
• Medical cover: to provide private healthcare for permanent staff who have completed one year’s service at one of Aspen Healthcare’s hospitals.
• Pension scheme: a defined contribution scheme open to all permanent employees.
• Profit Related Pay / Bonus scheme: an annual discretionary payment based on Highgate Hospital’s growth is made to all eligible employees dependant on length of service and salary.
• Company sick pay: a discretionary benefit scheme is operated according to length of service. 
• Health screening: permanent employees are entitled to a free Health Screen every 2 years up to age 50, and annually thereafter.
